Using everyday, household items, students learn algebraic techniques yet they won't even know they are doing math! Mrs. Watson makes this experience FUN!! She takes them from concrete to abstract while allowing students to progress at their own rate. All materials needed will be provided. Students must know their multiplication tables to participate. Class will meet on the following Monday's: 2/24, 3/2, 3/23, 3/30, 4/6, 4/27, 5/4, 5/11
Students ages 11 and up interested in babysitting are encouraged to take this Red Cross Certification course. Learn how to gain leadership skills necessary to build a business as well as the appropriate amount to charge your clients. Learn basic infant and child care skills, basic first aid and an introduction to CPR. Participants are encouraged to bring a snack, lunch and drink. There will be a 30 min lunch break.
American Red Cross babysitting and child care courses can help you provide quality care to children of all ages. Developed by experts in the industry, our class is available to those ages 11 and older, and include topics such as choosing age-appropriate activities, basic child care, like bottle feeding, child behavior, leadership, professionalism, safety, starting a babysitting business, and more. Participants are encouraged to bring a snack and drink.
